Media Credentials Application | Osner's FC Access

Welcome to the Credential Submission Form for Osner’s FC!

Please provide the following information to apply for a credential to Osner’s FC’s Spring 2025 NPSL matches, Spring 2025 UPSL matches, or Fall 2025 UPSL League matches. Credentials will grant holders access to designated areas as authorized by Osner’s FC.

Important Notes:

Credential Use: Credentials are non-transferable and may be revoked by Osner’s FC at any time. Possession of a credential does not guarantee the holder a seat for any match.
Media Consent: By applying for and using a credential, the holder grants Osner’s FC personnel the right to use their name, image, and likeness in connection with any broadcast, recording, or promotional material.
Submission Deadline: Credentials must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to kickoff to ensure processing and approval.
